Instructions Dissolve bouillon cube in small amount of hot water. Mix together all ingredients except roast, buns and cheese. Place roast into slow cooker; pour mixed ingredients over roast. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve on hoagie buns with sliced provolone cheese. Liquid can be used as dipping sauce. Strain the liquid, if desired.
