Chop 2 plums, place in a pan. Add water, bring to a boil, simmer until plums are softened and liquid evaporated. Cool slightly. Transfer to a processor, add ketchup, chipotle, sugar, and oil. Process until pureed. Reserve 3/4 cup sauce. *Season salmon, place on a greased grill. Grill until fish flakes easily. Brush with remaining sauce. Slice remaining plums. SERVE salmon with plum slices and sauce & ENJOY.
