CHIPS-WITH CREAMY-TANGY GUACAMOLE
MAKES 4 SERVINGS. HALF RECIPE FOR 2.
In bowl, mix 1/4 cup chopped onions, 2 tbs sauerkraut brine, and 1 tsp lime juice. Add 2 tbs sauerkraut, flesh of 3 avocados, and 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, mash to desired consistency. SERVE with chips & ENJOY...
