He sent me an abusive PM on my forum before deleting himself plus I believe other forums and also deleted his own. He is still on at least one other forum where he also messaged me some abuse and threats. He tried to deny he did any copying but deleting his own forum is enough proof he did.
I make a board called 'Lifestyle' mainly due to many threads like clothing and fashion on other boards so they can go into the new board. The next day he created a board called 'Lifestyle' and uses the exact same intro on the board. Is that or is that not copying?
I have 2 sub boards in an area called 'Ages' the sub boards are titled 'Teens' and another 'Twenty Plus' he does the same thing, also board intro word for word. Copying, yes?
Some of my members have also recently done some good new threads, polls also. He even decided to do the exact same polls on his board. Copying, yes?
Thank you, linesmen and ball boys.
Anyone for tennis?
EDIT: on the forum he is still a member he said he would be getting the admin to ban me, 2 days later and I'm still posting on it and the admin of that forum posts on mine
I have kept the PMs as proof just in case I need to take screenshots

^ Thanks stluee. I think people for the most part here are wonderful, and do abide by the simple rules we have. Occasionally a bad egg will pop up, but I suppose that's to be expected.
Incidentally, the member who was banned for plagiarizing the board had the nerve to gripe about it in our ranting thread before my co-admin banned him. You can see the post here, if you scroll all the way down:
