I like a lot of sitcoms.
It's hard to decide which ones!

They didn't have many that I liked as much as I like the new ones now, but the one I like the most was Friends.

Well, here is what I like to watch: All time favorites (Always welcome on my television): The Carol Burnett Show (Easily one of the funniest variety shows ever. The Dentist sketch, "The Family" elephant skit, the Interrogation skit and Gone With The Wind parody (watch for the curtain rod) are proof that Burnett had some of the best comedy writers on television.) Home Improvement (More Power! Arrr Arrr Arr!) Frasier (Embraces all kinds of humor, especially intellectual humor and I enjoy it all) The I.T. Crowd ( Britcom. Consistently hilarious IT humor. From Season 3: Roy and Moss introduce Jen to THE INTERNET) Red Dwarf (especially seasons 1 - 4) Last Man Standing (More Tim Allen acting manly!!) Barney Miller (One of the rare comedies to never Jump The Shark.) Night Court (Brent Spiner [Commander Data] made several appearances as Bob Wheeler { here's two} before joining Star Trek TNG) Fawlty Towers (Probably one of the most influential shows ever, and still funny) The Good (Generally welcome on my television): Sanford and Son Alice Cheers Family Ties Happy Days Laverne and Shirley (before they left Milwaukee) M*A*S*H The Fresh Prince of Bel Air The Golden Girls Get Smart Benson King of the Hill WKRP In Cincinnati (The " Turkeys Away" episode qualifies as an All Time Favorite episode and contains probably the funniest line ever uttered on television "As God as my witness, I thought turkeys could fly.") Newhart (Two episodes: Larry, Darryl and Darryl try to run a restaurant and the infamous Halloween episode) Yeah, Okay, SometimesReba The Andy Griffith Show Who's the Boss Alf Family Matters Perfect Strangers The Jeffersons Newhart (everything but the two previously mentioned episodes) Just Can't Anymore (I used to love it, but it hasn't aged well or a beloved actor / actress died, etc.)I Love Lucy The Flintstones The Jetsons Three's Company Saved By The Bell Mr. Belvedere (with Bob Uecker) Charles in Charge The Cosby Show (With the current revelations surrounding Bill Cosby I just can't watch this anymore.) Too Soon to TellThe Great Indoors I'm sure there are others I've forgotten, but this should give you an idea of my tastes.

Addams Family Alf The Andy Griffith Show The Beverly Hillbillies Bewitched The Burns and Allen Show The Cosby Show Dennis the Menace Everybody Loves Raymond Family Matters Family Ties The Flintstones Full House Fuller House The Golden Girls Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C. Home Improvement I Love Lucy The Jeff Foxworthy Show The Jeffersons Keeping Up Appearances Last Man Standing Mama's Family The Middle Mr. Bean The Munsters Reba Sabrina the Teenage Witch Sanford and Son
There's a lot more that I like, but that would be a ridiculously long list. The ones above are more my favorites. I really like clean, family comedy the best that tugs at the heart. Then I can walk away feeling good on two levels. I think it's so much more creative and easier to laugh at as well. Mean-spirited comedy or a cast of characters that you don't feel are good at heart, I can't get into those shows as much though I might appreciate some of the comic moments.

I thought I'd added my Penny's worth already to this but obviously not. Here goes.
Comedy
Allo Allo. Open all Hours. Porridge. Are You Being Served. Fawlty Towers. The Two Ronnie's. The Big Bang Theory. Fraser. Mr Bean. Blackadder Series.
More Serious.
Prisoner Cell Block H (Original). Hollyoaks. (Used to watch the likes of Neighbour's, Home and Away and EastEnders but kind of grew out of them over the years).
Basically, I watch anything that appeals to me.
