Someone sure had an eagle eye to catch those repeat costume instances. But thinking about it, I can see why some clothes would have to be worn more than once. Otherwise, it would take a football-field-size closet to house all the costumes.

Well, I heard that when Edith Head worked for Paramount, she had creative ideas of recycling old costumes. I suppose it's a good technique, producers will want to minimize the cost of the costume productions.
