I love the concept of a woman and master chocolatier who comes to a sleepy, little town in France with her daughter, and manages to enrich the lives of all who live there. Juliette Binoche is perfect as the protagonist Vianne Rocher. I loved the way she handled the role, and her chemistry with the rest of the cast, particularly Johnny Depp and Judi Dench, was brilliant.

I really like this film - much better than the book from which it was adapted. The film has a lot of heart and life, and I always appreciate that. Plus, all the quirky characters. I love films like this.
